Service for carrying out contact point analyses
Prevention is the most efficient and cost-effective way of eliminating annoying noises. Through a targeted contact point analysis, critical contact points can already be identified on a CAD basis.
The prevention process consists of the following 5 steps:
- Localization of the contact points on CAD basis
- Identification of critical contact points
- Evaluation of S&R risk [Squeak and Rattle]
- Development of solutions
- Verification of results
A risk assessment according to BMW PR 315.1, TPJLR-00230, and comparable procedures is also carried out.
The localisation and constructive removal of potential contact points as a preventive measure requires a lot of experience and special technical knowledge. This know-how, which we have systematically gathered over the last 20 years, enables us to offer constructive solutions that are not only applicable to the current project, but can also serve as support for future projects.
